Our Amphora wines are aged in traditional Georgian clay vessels, allowing the wine to evolve naturally and slowly. This approach reveals the grape’s purest character and gives the wines a distinctive texture and depth. With around 30 amphorae in our cellar, each wine reflects our respect for tradition and our curiosity to explore new forms of expression. These wines are made for those who appreciate authenticity, nuance, and quiet complexity. For us, amphora aging is not a passing trend—it’s a return to origins, guided by a modern perspective.
